Dr. Bligh received a Bachelor of Science degree and her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota. She completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
