Dr. Kelley grew up in Minnesota and has been in private practice in Sioux City since 2003. Dr. Kelley is a graduate of the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines University and completed a two-year residency in Pontiac, Michigan. He is trained and experienced in all areas of podiatric medicine. Dr. Kelley has a special interest in wound care. He is a member of the American and Iowa Podiatric Medical Associations and the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
